Gentlemen, You are looking good today! But you will look and feel even better after doing a particular thing daily, and that is taking cold showers, but wait, are they even good for you?

For the past few years, I have seen tons of content about the benefits of cold showers. I always thought, “Hell, no.” Then a friend of mine brought up the topic.

P.s: For not to be vague, I also took cold showers for a whole month!
