I noticed that a cold shower made me feel great, especially with my seasonal mood. It also helped with my motivation as I started to think clearer. It all boils down to that ‘moment’ when you get into that cold shower. Cold showers can teach you to overcome that mindset to run. You will learn to charge forward! My alertness was heightened, and after 30-seconds, it wasn’t that bad. My time in the shower was reduced too 😉. Further, my skin benefited. Hot showers strip the moisture from your skin; the cold water is better for your skin.
However, I can not report on my sperm count or my testosterone levels, as I have no idea. My achy muscles are always achy as well because I work out like a savage 😜.
